Single-row pedalboard
After trawling the internet trying to find a compact, single-row pedalboard which was good quality but didn’t cost the earth and failing miserably, I decided to get my own made. This can be purchased from Backline Instrument Services for £30 plus shipping. To place an order, please send an email.
It’s made from a single piece of 3mm thick aluminium, so there are no joints, welds or fixings to break. To keep cost down the metal is not painted, powder-coated or anodised; just the raw aluminium. Simple rubber feet are glued at strategic points to prevent slippage and surface-marking
The board can comfortably accommodate five “normal” sized pedals (e.g. the BOSS series of stomp-boxes), with enough space between to accommodate right-angled jacks and sufficient clearance underneath to mount most multi-output power supplies
